Head Librarian Annnounces Retirement

Forsyth’s Head Librarian Jean Campbell has announced her retirement. In her twelve years at the Forsyth Public Library, Jean has improved and expanded the library’s available materials, including the addition of the DVD collection. She has encouraged the growth of programs and services to families by adding a Children’s Librarian, Art Academy, and the Youth Garden. Library visitors are fans of other additions that have come during Jean’s time as Head Librarian, including the morning coffee bar and the annual magazine sale.
