J.C. Fultz and the WAND-TV Stormrunner will be featured at the library’s family reading celebration on Saturday, November 3 at 10:00 a.m. Fultz, who is Assistant Chief Meteorologist at WAND, will talk about predicting the weather and provide a close-up look at the station’s Stormrunner. All ages are welcome at this event. Children up to age 12 will receive a free book.
