July Events

Monday, July 11, 2011

The Summer Reading Program has reached the half-way point, with nearly 400 participants signed up to read and win prizes.  There’s still time to join the summer fun!

Young village residents continue to visit the library on Tuesdays to enjoy a variety of programs, including Serengeti Steve’s Reptile Experience and Richard Landry’s Touch of Magic.  Still to come are the Illinois Raptor Center’s Ancient Falconry in the Modern World on July 12 and Mad Science on July 19.  Teen programs, final parties, and art academy classes fill the July calendar.  Come see what is happening at the library this summer!
