He reported on a third-shift arrest of two juveniles for curfew violation. Lambdin also reported that results are in from a fundraiser hosted by the Hickory Point Fire Protection District and the Macon County Sheriff’s Office in June at Texas Roadhouse. For diners who came to the fundraiser, 10 percent of their bills were donated to Special Olympics Illinois, compliments of Texas Roadhouse. Lambdin said $6,500 was donated to area Special Olympics; he said the total statewide was $79,000.
