Kids can create the snow dough at the library using simple ingredients, then use utensils provided by the library to sculpt and create with the dough. Once at home, the dough will continue to entertain! Be sure to join us on Tuesday, January 2 any time between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Tech Club

Perhaps you’ve heard of “streaming” but don’t know what it is or why you should try it. Tech Club will meet Tuesday, January 9 at 10 a.m. No registration required.

Tech Play Day

Coding, building, virtual reality and more! Did you know that the library has tech kits that are available to check out and take home? Come learn more about our tech kits by playing with them here at the library on Thursday, January 11 from 4 to 5 p.m. Then check one out and continue to play at home!

Story Time

Friday Story times will be back soon for ages 3 to 5! They can come at 10 a.m. with their caregiver to listen to books, participate in fun, themed activities and make a craft. Story times will resume Friday, January 12 with “I Scream for Ice Cream!” kicking off the new year.

Story Time to Go

Can’t join us for story time? A themed book bundle coupled with a craft to take home can still create that special story time. Ask about them in our children’s department.

Baby Talk

Baby Talk will not meet on January 3 but will resume on Wednesday, January 10 from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Parents and caregivers of children ages birth to 3 are welcome to join their youngsters for a time of interaction through story, song and play. Grownups can share challenges and accomplishments. No registration necessary.
